And this is the requirement:

1) You should be a VIP.
2) You should be a regular server's player.
3) You should have a good reputation. ( Not as spawnkiller, abuser, cheater etc. )
4) You should be an altruistic and helpful person.
5) You should know a common English.
6) At least 48h of playtime.

WARNING.

Even if you match all those requirements, you can be accepted only by Admin's will. Doesn't matter, how good you are. If he doesn't needs in new moderators or he just don't want to do it in any other reasons, you will be rejected.

Pattern for the request:
Example:
1) Your USGN. 1) 66669
2) Your playtime on the server. 2) 55d 23h 1m
3) Your nickname ( Used on the server ) 3) LazyCat99
4) Why you're want to be MOD and some words about yourself. 4) I play this game since 2014, and I want to be MOD because bla-bla-blah (...)

2) You should be a regular server's player.
3) You should have a good reputation. ( Not as spawnkiller, abuser, cheater etc. )
4) You should never been banned.

Pattern for request:
Example:
1) Your USGN. 1) 87421
2) Your playtime on the server. 2) 48h 61m
3) Your nickname ( Used on the server ) 3) Trek89

Note: Do not type any useless information in your request, like a "plis plis plis, I wanna VIP" or "I'll be good, very good! I swear". It won't help you in any ways. And remember, you can always be banned for flood, begging, insulting or other kind of foolish behavior.
